Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and direct land development projects for diverse clients.
• Maintain close relationships with clients throughout development and after completion.
• Prepare project approaches, scopes, and fees for project work.
• Present proposals to clients and assemble project teams.
• Determine major design decisions in coordination with the client.
