Responsibilities

• Lead civil engineering and land development projects from early planning through final delivery.
• Prepare and oversee civil/construction plans, drawings, and technical documents.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, deliverables, and client communication.
• Serve as a key point of contact for clients and consultants.
• Review design work for accuracy and compliance.
• Support land development planning and infrastructure design.
