Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field required.
• PE registration in Iowa or ability to obtain registration preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive civil engineering experience.
• Experience in project management, design, and client coordination.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; collaborative team player.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil engineering projects from concept through design and construction.
• Assist with design of municipal infrastructure and private site development.
• Maintain relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate internal resources and external partners to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Develop proposals, budgets, schedules, and scopes of work.
• Monitor performance and implement solutions to ensure successful delivery.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulations, and specs.
• Provide project leadership and mentor less-experienced staff.
