Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) registration in Iowa or ability to obtain.
• At least 5 years of progressive civil engineering experience.
• Experience with project management, design, and client coordination.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil engineering projects from concept through design and construction.
• Assist with municipal infrastructure and private site development design.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate internal resources and external partners to meet schedule and budget.
• Develop proposals, budgets, schedules and scopes of work.
