Job summary

IMEG Corporation in Charlotte, NC seeks a Senior Civil Engineer to lead technical and project management for moderate to complex civil projects. This fully in-office role offers ESOP ownership and opportunities to mentor staff while delivering resilient infrastructure.

You will design, review, and coordinate civil infrastructure and site design, manage budgets and client relationships, and support cross-disciplinary teams across surveying, land development, and civil markets.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering required.
• PE license required.
• 7 years of experience minimum; 8 preferred in building design consulting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and analysis of civil engineering project features for moderate to complex projects.
• Develop detailed civil designs, specifications, and calculations using Civil 3D.
• Mentor staff and provide technical oversight on site design and infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and billings while ensuring quality and regulatory compliance.
