IMEG in Nashua, NH, seeks a Senior Civil Engineer to lead land development projects as a project manager. You will guide engineering solutions, supervise civil infrastructure and site design analysis, and manage project budgets.

Mentoring and cross‑functional collaboration are integral to this role. The successful candidate will have a BS in Civil Engineering, a PE license, and 7+ years in building design consulting, with travel up to 20% as needed.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering or equivalent is required.
• PE license is required.
• 7+ years in building design consulting; 8+ preferred.
• Strong leadership and client relationship skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, oversee, and manage land development projects of varying size and complexity.
• Assist Executives with design scopes, fee calculations, proposals, and contract reviews.
• Create project schedules with milestones and deadlines.
• Serve as the point of contact for project teams and clients.
• Create monthly billings and update billing projections and completion percentages.
• Ensure design work meets owner requirements and IMEG standards, and supports QA/QC.
