Halff Associates, Inc. is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer with a Texas PE license to lead our Public Infrastructure team in San Antonio, TX. This role emphasizes servant leadership, staff mentoring, and strong design and project management skills.

You will manage a team of engineers and CAD designers, maintain client relationships with SAWS and local entities, and pursue new business opportunities while coordinating across Halff offices for multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Texas PE license required with civil engineering degree.
• Minimum 10 years of public infrastructure design experience.
• Strong design and project management skills.
• Ability to lead and mentor staff across offices.
• Experience in client relations and pursuing opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Public Infrastructure Team.
• Oversee team performance: production, profitability, quality.
• Maintain client relationships across SAWS, Cities and Counties.
• Identify and pursue business opportunities.
• Directly manage projects and project managers.
• Coordinate worksharing across Halff offices.
