Job summary

Halff Associates, Inc. is seeking a Professional Civil Engineer (PE) to join our McAllen Land Development team as a Project Manager.

You will lead land development and public infrastructure projects, including residential subdivisions, municipal roadway design, trails and drainage, coordinating with internal staff and external stakeholders. We value experienced leaders with strong communication and writing skills, a Texas PE license, and 5–10 years of relevant work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil engineering or ABET-accredited equivalent.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas.
• 5–10 years’ experience leading or supporting land development and public infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from planning through delivery with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Assist in development and management of project scopes, budgets, and schedules.
• Support in preparation of proposals and RFQs.
• Ensure QA/QC to meet client and Halff standards and codes of practice.
• Mentor and guide engineers and staff to foster collaboration and growth.
