Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Senior Civil Engineering Professional to lead civil teams from concept through construction across multiple U.S. office locations, including Cincinnati and others.

You will coordinate with architects and other engineers, manage design documentation, and support permitting and construction activities. The role requires a strong background in land development, zoning, and building codes, and offers remote collaboration with teams in geographically dispersed locations.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited engineering degree required or higher.
• 8+ years of professional civil/environmental engineering experience.
• Professional Engineering license in Civil or Environmental Engineering preferred.
• Experience leading civil/landscape teams through Concept Design to Construction and coordinating with SMEs.
• Strong knowledge of land development, zoning, and building codes.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil engineering teams from Concept Design through Construction.
• Provide civil input to Architects SME team for feasibility studies and masterplans.
• Coordinate with architecture and other engineering disciplines; ensure documentation and design quality.
• Assist with permitting efforts and construction activities to support project delivery.
