Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) licensure is required.
• Typically 15+ years of post-graduation professional engineering experience and/or 15+ years of professionally licensed experience.
• Expert proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, multidisciplinary civil engineering projects from conception through execution.
• Mentor team members and lead lessons-learned and professional-development activities.
• Review complex technical documents and project deliverables for design accuracy, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance; lead field inspections.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Team Leads to develop and execute detailed plans for large-scale initiatives, coordinating schedules, budgets, and technical decisions.
• Advise clients and government agencies as a civil engineering expert, applying regulations and best practices to reduce risk and strengthen outcomes.
