Key qualifications include a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, Professional Engineer registration in North Carolina, and 7-10 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office is essential. The position requires travel to project sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
• Professional Engineer registration in North Carolina, or ability to obtain within one year.
• 7-10 years of professional engineering experience.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• Project management experience and team leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage project design teams.
• Prepare scope of work and costing documents.
• Perform professional civil engineering work including design.
• Prepare construction drawings and specifications.
