Qualifications

• Bachelor's in civil engineering and PE registration or eligibility within 1 year (WA).
• 8+ years' experience in consulting engineering with land development and municipal projects.
• Strong civil design knowledge and constructability.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Marketing experience writing proposals and procuring projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior technical lead on projects >$750K annually.
• Contribute to business development of >$250K annually.
• Coordinate project needs with other discipline leads and business units.
• Lead design staff on project tasks and mentor young professionals.
• Estimate and budget labor hours; review job costing reports.
• Manage project financials and billings.
