Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Active Maryland PE license.
• 10+ years of civil engineering and land development experience.
• 5+ years of project management and staff leadership experience.
• Strong technical design and project management background.
• Experience with Maryland land development projects preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage civil engineering and land development projects from start to finish.
• Lead, mentor, and develop engineers and design staff.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, profitability, and invoicing.
• Review engineering plans and ensure quality standards.
• Develop proposals, scopes of work, and project estimates.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
