Qualifications

• MD PE license required; active and in good standing.
• 10+ years civil engineering and land development experience.
• 5+ years project management and staff leadership.
• Strong technical design and PM background.
• Experience with Maryland land development preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage civil engineering and land development projects from start to finish.
• Lead, mentor, and develop engineers and design staff.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, profitability, and invoicing.
• Review engineering plans and ensure quality standards.
• Develop proposals, scopes of work, and project estimates.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Identify new business opportunities and support growth.
