Bowman seeks a Civil Engineer III for our Richmond, VA team. You will lead design efforts, review zoning, and coordinate with clients, agencies, and staff to advance land development projects.

The role requires a civil engineering degree, 5+ years of experience, and proficiency in Civil3D/AutoCAD with strong analytical and leadership abilities. Hybrid work options and a comprehensive benefits package are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field required at time of hire.
• Professional Engineer license preferred.
• Five or more (5+) years of experience in the land development industry.
• Land Development engineering experience and skills; drainage and BMP design preferred.
• Experience with Civil3D, AutoCAD and stormwater/hydrology software.

Responsabilités

• Review zoning regulations in various municipalities.
• Use advanced civil engineering techniques to design land/site development.
• Lead technical direction over other engineers and provide guidance.
• Assist with permits for land development projects.
• Prepare reports and coordinate design elements with teams.
