Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to join the Advanced Manufacturing group, working on state-of-the-art industrial facilities. You will lead civil design, grading, earthwork, and drainage tasks while coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams to meet client expectations, scope, and schedule.

The role requires a Civil Engineering degree, 15+ years of experience, and a PE license or eligibility within six months.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• 15+ years of engineering experience with heavy industrial projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Site development, site master planning and site selection.
• Underground utility routing and site space planning.
• Hydrology analysis for storm drain design.
• Design of wastewater systems (gravity).
• Prepare final grading plans with earthwork balancing.
• Create erosion and sediment control and stormwater plans.
• Research AHJ requirements for design and construction.
• Stormwater modeling in StormCAD/CivilStorm.
