Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in civil practice, PE license, and strong CAD/Hydraulic modeling skills; willingness to travel and work in a hybrid environment is required.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering or related field required.
• Experience leading design development and technical reviews.
• Prof. Engineer (PE) license preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate design development.
• Provide technical quality reviews and manage scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develop construction drawings, notes, specs, and quantities.
