Job summary

Tetra Tech is seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join the High-Performance Building Group, supporting facilities and infrastructure projects across the United States. The role emphasizes site design, stormwater, roadway, and water systems, with leadership across complex projects from planning to delivery.

Ideal candidates bring a PE license, 10+ years in civil engineering, and proven proposal leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• PE license required.
• 10+ years of experience in stormwater design, land development, water distribution, and related systems.
• Proven track record in proposal leadership and project delivery.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet client needs, and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage civil engineering projects from planning through construction.
• Develop schedules, budgets, and scopes aligned with quality standards.
• Lead proposal development and support business development.
• Serve as client liaison in meetings, site evaluations, and coordination.
• Mentor staff and ensure high-quality deliverables across projects.
• Travel across the United States for project meetings and site visits.
