Job summary

Tetra Tech, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to support the High-Performance Building Group across the United States.

The role emphasizes site design, stormwater, roadways, sanitary systems, and water distribution, with leadership of complex projects from planning through delivery. The position offers remote/hybrid work options within Eastern and Central time zones, travel as needed, and collaboration with federal and commercial clients.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
10+ years of experience in stormwater design, land development, sanitary sewer distribution, water distribution, water tower design, and pump stations.
Ability to organize and prioritize multiple project tasks and respond to client requests/schedules.
Must be a U.S. citizen.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage civil engineering projects from planning through construction.
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and scopes to meet quality standards.
Lead proposal development and support business development initiatives.
Act as a technical liaison with clients and coordinate site evaluations and meetings.
Mentor and supervise staff to support team development.
