Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• PE license required.
• 8+ years of engineering experience in site development and industrial projects.
• Experience with due diligence, site selection, and land development.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and communicate findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil design for land/site development.
• Perform feasibility studies, earthwork, drainage analyses, and grading plans.
• Conduct technical due diligence for prospective sites.
• Coordinate with architectural, energy, water, environmental, and permitting teams.
• Prepare permitting packages and technical reports.
