LVI Associates is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer Project Manager in Seattle, WA to lead land development, transportation, and public works projects from pursuit through closeout. You will manage client relationships, lead engineers and designers, and drive business development while reporting to senior leadership.

The role requires strong leadership, a PE license in Washington, and 6–8+ years of civil engineering experience, with proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.

The Role

A project management position for an experienced civil engineer ready to lead land development, transportation, and public works projects from pursuit through closeout. Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Washington State PE license
• 6 to 8+ years of civil engineering experience including project management
• Experience across land development, transportation, and public works project types
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and client communication skills
• Highly organized with a proven ability to manage multiple projects independently

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with MicroStation
• Background across industrial, commercial, and residential development projects
• Proven track record in business development and project pursuit efforts

Compensation

• $132,000 to $153,000 depending on experience, plus discretionary annual bonus
