Morris & Ritchie Associates, Inc. (MRA) is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to join the Land Development Group in our Georgetown, DE office.

You will lead hands-on design and project management for land development from planning through permitting, working on a mix of commercial and residential developments. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience, strong technical skills in drainage, grading and regulatory compliance, and a proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and client

Qualifications

• Experience in private residential land development and commercial land development.
• Extensive experience designing and managing medium to large-scale projects.
• Proficiency in: Stormwater Management (SWM), Storm drain design, Grading, Erosion & Sediment Control (ESC) design and Utility design.
• Working knowledge of Delaware state and local regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, including budgets, schedules, and county/municipal reviews.
• Experience leading and managing staff/personnel.
• Strong communication skills with clients and company leadership/principals.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality work on schedule.
