About the Role

• Develop detailed design and construction drawings using Civil 3D for treatment plants, pipeline layouts, and infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure alignment with client specifications, codes, and internal design standards.
• Manage multiple project deliverables simultaneously, while ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Provide mentorship to junior drafters and contribute to design reviews and quality assurance efforts.
• Support diverse projects beyond water/wastewater based on firmwide needs, offering variety in work and learning opportunities.

What They’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, drafting, or related field (desirable but not essential).
• 6+ years of experience in civil drafting and design using Civil 3D.
• Experience with water/wastewater plant and pipeline projects is strongly preferred.
