Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Professional Engineer license in Texas.
• 4+ years of site/civil land development experience.
• Experience in residential, retail, commercial, industrial, municipal projects.
• Local private development experience with land use permits and zoning knowledge.
• Excellent communication, written and verbal.
• Willingness to learn.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and judgment skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Proficient with Civil 3D.

Responsibilities

• Lead project design for site development.
• Prepare grading and drainage plans.
• Develop utility systems for water and sewer.
• Prepare reports, master plans, specs, and cost estimates.
• Collaborate with design team and provide support.
• Create final roadway design packages (plan, profile, cross sections).
• Design streetscape, green streets, bicycle paths.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards.
• Prepare reports and conceptual studies.
