Responsibilities

• Project Design for Site Development.
• Grading and Drainage Plans.
• Utility Systems for Water and Sewer.
• Report Preparation and Master Planning Studies, preparation of specifications and cost estimates.
• Design Team collaboration, and support.
• Roadway/Streets final design package – Plan, Profile, Cross Sections.
• Roadway Design: Streetscape, Green Streets, Bicycle Path Plans.
• Federal, State, City and County Standards.
• Report Preparation and Conceptual Studies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent degree.
• Professional Engineer License in Texas.
• 4+ years of experience in related site/civil land development engineering projects.
• Projects experience ranging from residential, retail, commercial, industrial and municipal projects.
• Possess local experience with private developments performing site due diligence, preparing land use permit applications, understanding of zoning laws and presenting to municipal agencies.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Must demonstrate a desire to learn.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and judgment capabilities.
• Ability to effectively work independently and in a team environment.
• Working knowledge of Civil 3D.
