Job summary

Blue Signal Search seeks an experienced Senior Civil Construction Project Manager to lead complex civil and infrastructure initiatives. The role requires directing projects from mobilization to turnover, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring safety, schedule, and profitability.

The ideal candidate brings 10–15 years in heavy civil construction with proficiency in Procore, MS Office, and scheduling software; water/wastewater experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of project management experience in heavy civil construction.
• Experience with water and wastewater treatment projects.
• Strong financial, scheduling, and contract administration skills.
• Proficient with Procore and MS Office; construction scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Direct projects from mobilization through final completion with on-track scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develop project plans covering schedules, budgets, staffing, procurement, and sequencing.
• Manage project financial performance through cost controls, billing, forecasting and change management.
• Coordinate with superintendents, field teams, owners, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve constraints.
• Review contracts, drawings, and scope to identify obligations, risks, and gaps.
• Maintain organized records, reporting, and controls through CM systems.
