Zusammenfassung

PCL Constructors Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager for our Civil East office to drive leadership on large water and wastewater infrastructure projects.

The ideal candidate will bring 8–12 years of progressive construction experience, with strong program and safety leadership across complex contracts. The role emphasizes collaboration with clients, trade partners, and internal teams to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget, while pursuing opportunities for project execution

Qualifikationen

Postsecondary education or training in engineering, construction management, or a related discipline.
Gold Seal certification (CDN).
15+ years of progressive construction experience with multiple contract delivery types.
In-depth knowledge of safety, environment principles and legislation.
Strong project leadership capabilities and experience delivering complex infrastructure projects.

Aufgaben

Develops, implements, and maintains the project safety program.
Conducts site safety inspections and leads by example.
Liaises with clients to ensure projects meet safety and quality standards.
Leads to secure new work through estimates, proposals, and presentations.
Oversees development and implementation of quality management plans.
