Job summary

Stanley Consultants is seeking a Senior Civil CADD Designer in Denver, CO to lead Civil Graphics efforts and deliver high-quality site plans, grading, and utility drawings using Civil 3D.

You will drive advanced design for pipelines, pump stations, plants, and more; manage document revisions; mentor junior staff; and collaborate with engineers and managers to meet deadlines and project standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Civil 3D design experience focusing on utility infrastructure.
• Advanced proficiency in Civil 3D; experience with Bluebeam Revu, Adobe products, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, organization, proactive problem solving, and collaborative teamwork.
• Familiar with civil engineering design criteria, codes and standards; adaptable to new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of construction drawings for utility infrastructure projects using Civil 3D.
• Perform self-checks and peer reviews to ensure design accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Collaborate with engineers and project teams to refine designs and support permitting.
• Improve CADD workflows and stay current with design practices and templates.
• Serve as primary CADD resource on projects, mentor junior staff, and support client interactions.
