Job summary

Stanley Consultants is seeking a Senior Civil CADD Designer in Denver, CO to strengthen our Civil Graphics team. You will lead Civil 3D design for utility infrastructure, producing buildable drawings and collaborating with engineers to translate concepts into contract documents.

The role requires 10+ years of Civil 3D experience, strong software proficiency in Bluebeam, Adobe, and MS Office, and a willingness to mentor junior staff in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Civil 3D design experience focusing on utility infrastructure.
• Advanced proficiency in Civil 3D, with surface modeling, alignments and profiles.
• Strong familiarity with civil engineering design criteria and codes; Autodesk Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of construction drawings for utility infrastructure projects using Civil 3D.
• Perform self-checks and peer reviews to ensure design accuracy and standards compliance.
• Collaborate with engineers and project teams to refine design concepts and support permitting.
