Job summary

Stanley Consultants in Denver, CO, is seeking a Senior Civil CADD Designer to lead Civil 3D drafting for utility infrastructure projects. You will create and revise site plans, grading and utility drawings, ensuring designs meet project standards and client expectations.

You will mentor junior team members, coordinate with engineers, and help refine drafting workflows, with a focus on quality, accuracy, and efficient document control.

Qualifications

• Experience: 10+ years of Civil 3D design, focusing on utility infrastructure. Land development experience is advantageous.
• Advanced proficiency in Civil 3D, experience with Bluebeam Revu, Adobe products, and Microsoft Office Suite. Autodesk Certification is a plus.
• Soft skills: Self-motivated, excellent communicator, strong organizational skills, proactive problem solver, and collaborative team player.
• Additional Requirements: Strong familiarity with civil engineering design criteria, codes and standards, and a willingness to adapt to innovative technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of construction drawings for utility infrastructure projects, including pipelines, pump stations, and treatment plants.
• Utilize Civil 3D for surface modeling, utility alignments, profiles, and site grading design.
• Develop detailed plan and profile drawings, and collaborate with project engineers to translate concepts into buildable documents.
