Stanley Consultants is seeking a Senior Civil CADD Designer to strengthen our Civil Graphics team. You will leverage Civil 3D to create and revise civil site plans, grading, and utility plans, ensuring high-quality standards across projects.

With 10+ years in Civil 3D design, you’ll lead construction drawings for infrastructure, collaborate with engineers, and support permitting. This hybrid Denver-based role emphasizes mentorship, innovation, and adherence to standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Civil 3D design experience, focusing on utility infrastructure.
• Advanced proficiency in Civil 3D, Bluebeam Revu, Adobe products, and Microsoft Office.
• Autodesk Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of construction drawings for utility infrastructure projects using Civil 3D.
• Perform self-checks and peer reviews to ensure design accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to develop design concepts and packages.
• Support permitting processes by preparing required documentation and design packages.
• Mentor junior team members and address design challenges with technical input.
