You’ll lead construction drawings for utility infrastructure, using Civil 3D for surface modeling, alignments, profiles, and site grading while translating concepts into buildable documents.

The role requires 10+ years' Civil 3D experience, strong in Bluebeam Revu, Adobe products, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Civil 3D design experience focusing on utility infrastructure.
• Advanced proficiency in Civil 3D, with surface modeling and alignments.
• Soft skills include communication, organization, proactive problem solving, and teamwork.
• Autodesk Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction drawings for utility infrastructure projects (pipelines, pump stations, treatment plants).
• Use Civil 3D for surface modeling, alignments, profiles, and site grading design.
• Develop plan and profile drawings and translate concepts into buildable documents.
• Perform self-checks and peer reviews to ensure CAD standards and project specs.
• Lead document revisions, manage versions, and support permitting processes.
• Mentor junior team members and participate in design reviews.
