Job summary

Stanley Consultants is seeking a Senior Civil CADD Designer to strengthen the Civil Graphics team. The role emphasizes Civil 3D-based design, plan and profile drawings, and collaboration with engineers to deliver buildable documents.

You will lead advanced design tasks, perform QA checks, and support permitting and client interactions, mentoring junior staff while advancing CADD workflows.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Civil 3D design experience, focusing on utility infrastructure; land development a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in Civil 3D; familiarity with Bluebeam Revu, Adobe products, and MS Office.
• Autodesk Certification is a plus; strong self-motivation, communication, organization, and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction drawing creation for utility infrastructure projects using Civil 3D.
• Perform self-checks and peer reviews to ensure design accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Collaborate with engineers, PMs, and interdisciplinary teams to refine concepts.
• Support permitting by preparing documentation and design packages.
• Lead and mentor junior team members and address client inquiries.
