Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor, triage, and resolve issues from the technical ticket queue.
• Collaborate with team members to identify root causes and deliver timely solutions.

Citrix App and Desktop Virtualization

General virtualization concepts and technologies

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
