Job summary

Oracle Health is seeking a Principal Site Reliability Engineer to strengthen reliability, performance, security, and scalability of the Citrix platform powering Oracle Health Millennium and related healthcare applications.

You will own complex reliability initiatives from design through production, mentor engineers, and collaborate across infrastructure, networking, identity, security, database, and application teams to prevent service failures and automate operations.

Qualifications

• Extensive site reliability or systems engineering experience with ownership of critical enterprise services.
• Hands-on experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops environments and related components (StoreFront, VDAs, provisioning, image lifecycle).
• Strong Windows Server troubleshooting and Active Directory, DNS, and certificate knowledge.
• Proficient in PowerShell development for automation, testing, and operations.
• Ability to lead complex initiatives, mentor engineers, and drive automation and reliability improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own service reliability across authentication, discovery, session launch, and performance metrics.
• Design, operate, and improve Citrix environments and dependencies.
• Automate platform operations with scripts and repeatable workflows.
• Improve observability with monitoring dashboards, logs, and alerts.
• Lead incident response, RCA, and corrective actions to reduce recurrence.
• Plan for growth, high availability, DR, and capacity headroom.
• Deliver safe platform changes including Citrix/Windows upgrades and cloud migrations.
• Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams on hardening and configuration baselines.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship across teams.
