Job summary

Oracle Health in the United States is seeking a Principal Site Reliability Engineer to strengthen the reliability, performance, security, and scalability of our Citrix platform powering Millennium and related applications.

In this hands-on role you will own complex reliability initiatives from design through production, combining Citrix and Windows expertise with automation to prevent outages, improve user experience, and guide engineering decisions across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own service reliability across authentication, application discovery, session launch, and in-session performance.
• Engineer Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops environments and dependencies.
• Automate platform operations with PowerShell scripts and repeatable workflows.
• Improve observability with monitoring, dashboards, synthetic checks, and alerts for launch and logon performance.
• Lead complex troubleshooting, coordinate incidents, and perform root-cause analysis.
• Plan for growth, capacity headroom, and verify high availability and disaster recovery.
• Deliver safe platform changes: upgrades, image updates, and cloud migration.
• Strengthen security and configuration practices with vulnerability remediation and drift detection.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor engineers across teams.
• Participate in on-call rotation and planned maintenance.
