Job summary

State Street seeks a senior Citrix Infrastructure Operations professional to own platform stability, availability, security, and lifecycle management for enterprise environments. The role emphasizes hands-on Citrix expertise, automation via PowerShell, and cross-team leadership in Security, Network, Cloud, and Infrastructure.

You will mentor engineers, manage incidents and RCA, and report risks and health to senior leadership while driving continuous improvement across the Citrix stack.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise infrastructure operations with focus on Citrix and secure remote access.
• 7+ years hands-on Citrix administration in a large enterprise environment.
• 5+ years experience with Citrix ADC/NetScaler, Gateway, load balancing, SSL/TLS, and authentication services.
• Strong PowerShell scripting and automation experience.
• Experience with Active Directory, AD CS, PKI, certificate lifecycle management.
• Experience with Entra ID, PingFederate, ADFS, Okta, MFA platforms.
• Certifications include Citrix Certified Professional/Expert, Microsoft Azure, VMware, ITIL or security-related Certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and service delivery for enterprise Citrix environments.
• Ensure Citrix platforms are highly available, secure, scalable, and performing as expected.
• Manage Citrix components: Virtual Apps and Desktops, ADC/NetScaler, Gateway, StoreFront, FAS, PVS/MCS, WEM, FSLogix.
• Oversee ADC functions: load balancing, SSL offloading, GSLB, content switching, authentication policies, high availability.
• Support authentication integrations with AD CS, Entra ID, PingFederate, ADFS, Okta, MFA platforms.
• Lead incident response, problem management, root cause analysis, escalations, and service restoration.
• Drive certificate lifecycle management, SSL/TLS configuration, firmware upgrades, vulnerability remediation.
• Partner with Security, Network, Cloud, and Infrastructure teams for secure remote access and compliant operations.
• Develop automation with PowerShell and monitoring tools to improve efficiency.
• Establish operational standards, governance, metrics, and continuous improvement.
• Provide AVP-level technical leadership, mentor engineers, and report platform health to senior leadership.
