State Street is seeking a senior Citrix Infrastructure Operations leader to own platform stability across enterprise environments. You will manage Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, ADC/NetScaler, Gateway, StoreFront, FAS, PVS/MCS, WEM, and FSLogix while driving automation with PowerShell.

The role emphasizes incident leadership, root cause analysis, audit and security collaboration, and mentoring engineers, with a focus on secure remote access and certificate lifecycle management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise infrastructure operations focusing on Citrix and related technologies.
• Strong hands-on experience with large-scale Citrix environments.
• Experience delivering secure remote access and authentication integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations for enterprise Citrix environments supporting global users.
• Ensure high availability, security, scalability, and performance of Citrix platforms.
• Oversee Citrix components: VAD, ADC/NetScaler, Gateway, StoreFront, FAS, PVS/MCS, WEM, FSLogix.
• Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and service restoration efforts.
• Drive certificate lifecycle management, SSL/TLS configuration, and vulnerability remediation.
• Develop automation and monitoring using PowerShell to improve reliability.
• Collaborate with Security, Network, Cloud, and Infrastructure teams.
