Job summary

State Street seeks a Lead Infrastructure Engineer, Citrix, VP in the United States to own end-to-end Citrix platform architecture and lifecycle management in Azure. You will provide technical leadership to clients and Saas Operations teams, drive incident resolution, onboarding, DR planning, and documentation to ensure high availability and automation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical or analytical discipline.
4 years of operational experience in Enterprise Azure cloud environments.
Expert-level Citrix infrastructure experience (NetScaler/ADC, Citrix Cloud, StoreFront, FAS, Cloud Connectors).
Solid understanding of load-balancing, DNS, SSL, networking, SAML/SSO, and Entra ID.
4 years administering Windows Server, Certificate Services, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
Strong troubleshooting skills and experience with Azure Log Analytics.
Customer service focus and ability to own issues.
Ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Saas Ops and Engineering to support Citrix infra for global clients.
Resolve priority incidents and conduct root-cause analysis.
Onboard clients including provisioning, connectivity, identity integration, and security configuration.
Ensure high service availability via resilient design, monitoring, and automation.
Define and maintain reference architecture and documentation for Citrix in Azure.
Own Disaster Recovery strategy and validation.
Collaborate with Operations to streamline support and troubleshooting.
