Job summary

SpecPro Sustainment and Environmental, LLC is seeking a Chief Information Security Officer to support the NSIC MILCON program at Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio, providing senior IT expertise for design, construction, integration, and commissioning of a secure facility.

The ideal candidate will lead IT architecture, ensure compliance with RMF/ATO, and coordinate with government and contractor teams while managing budgets and resources.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required.
• Must possess, or be eligible to obtain and maintain, the security clearance up to TS/SCI/SAP.
• CISSP certification required.
• Deep knowledge of RMF and ATO process.
• Experience with classified networks.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage IT infrastructure for SCIF MILCON requirements.
• Translate operational requirements into cohesive enterprise architecture.
• Support RMF/ATO processes and IT program development.
• Coordinate with WPAFB, NASIC, and IC mission partners.
• Provide technical leadership and budgeting for complex IT projects.
