Job summary

SpecPro Sustainment and Environmental, LLC is seeking a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for the NSIC MILCON program at Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio. Lead IT architecture, security, and program delivery for a large-scale intelligence facility.

The role requires TS/SCI/SAP eligibility, DoD/IC project experience, and strong leadership to coordinate with WPAFB, NASIC, and IC partners. Office-based at WPAFB with security clearance responsibilities.

Qualifications

• CISSP certification is required.
• Deep knowledge of RMF and ATO processes.
• Experience with classified networks and secure facility infrastructure.
• Extensive enterprise architecture knowledge and governance.
• Experience leading technical teams on DoD/IC projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior IT expertise for planning, design, construction, integration, and commissioning of IT infrastructure for the MILCON project.
• Advise NSIC, WPAFB, and IC partners; coordinate with external organizations.
• Lead IT design reviews, provide technical leadership, and ensure security requirements are met.
• Assist budgeting and resource allocation for complex IT projects.
• Support RMF/ATO processes and IT governance.
