Job summary

SpecPro Sustainment and Environmental (SSE) seeks a Senior Security Manager IV / Site Security Manager to support the NSIC MILCON program at Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio. You will lead security oversight from design through accreditation for a new secure facility, with emphasis on SCIF construction, ICD 705 compliance, and TEMPEST requirements.

Minimum 15+ years in Physical Security/TEMPEST; ICD 705 and SSM training; TEMPEST training; CDSE SPeD certifications (SFPC, PSC, SAPPC) and SCIF/SAPF

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen with eligibility for TS/SCI/SAP access.
• 15+ years of Physical Security/TEMPEST experience.
• Experience with SCIF/SAPF accreditation processes.
• Construction Security Plan authoring and implementation.
• Proven ability to develop and implement ICD 705 requirements.
• Experience coordinating TSCM requirements and security training.
• Knowledge of IDS, ACS, and WIDS deployment and operations.
• Strong leadership and cross-team coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide security programming and design expertise for SCIF operations.
• Apply ICD 705 requirements to construction designs and documents.
• Develop and oversee CSP, Pre-Construction Checklist, Inspectable Materials Checklist, TEMPEST.
• Oversee security documentation and accreditation activities from design to operation.
• Coordinate and implement TSCM requirements across the project.
• Supervise site security technicians and manage security planning resources.
