Job summary

SpecPro Sustainment and Environmental, LLC is seeking a Facility Engineer – Mechanical to support the NSIC MILCON program at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. The role provides senior mechanical advisory services for design, construction, operation, reliability, and sustainment of critical intelligence facilities.

The ideal candidate is a U.S. citizen with an active TS/SCI/SAP eligibility, a State of Ohio Professional Engineer license (Mechanical), and extensive HVAC/control systems

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen and eligible for a Top Secret/SCI/SAP security clearance.
• Registered Professional Engineer (Mechanical) in Ohio required.
• Extensive HVAC and control systems design experience.
• Familiarity with ICD 705 construction requirements and secure facilities.

Responsibilities

• Apply ICD 705 requirements to compliant designs and plans.
• Review designs for secure facility compliance.
• Coordinate interfaces between construction contractors and customers.
• Provide advanced facility engineering, operations, and maintenance support.
• Support SCIF modification and construction projects through design and build.
