Job summary

SpecPro Sustainment and Environmental, LLC seeks a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to lead IT infrastructure design for a high‑profile MILCON project at Wright‑Patterson AFB, OH. The role supports NSIC and collaborates with WPAFB, NASIC, and IC partners.

The CISO will guide RMF/ATO processes, enterprise architecture development, and secure facility integration across data centers, networks, and cloud components, coordinating with government and contractor teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
• Twelve to fifteen years of progressive experience in enterprise architecture.
• Eight to ten years of experience focused on DoD or IC projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise in IT infrastructure design, planning, and management for MILCON requirements.
• Translate operational requirements into cohesive enterprise architecture and IT solutions.
• Support IT program development, equipment acquisition, and disposition.
