You will guide architecture, intake, prioritization, and delivery across business units, while ensuring security, privacy, and reliability are integral to every project. The role reports to the Chief AI Officer and demands deep technical expertise, strong executive communication, and a track record of delivering enterprise AI at scale

Qualifications

• 10+ years designing, building, or deploying production systems.
• 3+ years leading technical teams and reviewing architecture and plans.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary AI/engineering teams across units.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead AI solutions engineers, data engineers, and AI product talent.
• Own intake, prioritization, and portfolio sequencing with clear decisions.
