Job summary

ePlus inc. is seeking a Tier 3 Collaboration Engineer to provide national technical support for Cisco Enterprise Collaboration infrastructure, endpoints, and gateways. You will troubleshoot, resolve issues, and collaborate with MSC engineers to deliver proactive service and strategic improvements.

The role emphasizes on-call availability, documented problem-solving, and ongoing deployment support, with a compensation package including commissions and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Adept at delivering solutions with a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• In-depth troubleshooting experience with Cisco Collaboration infrastructure, endpoints, and gateways.
• Knowledge of SIP, H.323, Unix/Linux, AD/Exchange, Video, Unified Contact Center, Cisco QoS, and Routing/Switching.
• Proven track record of successful planning, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Practical knowledge of WebEx Calling and Contact Center; Zoom Phone and Contact Center.
• Willingness to be on call 24x7x365 and attend to issues outside normal business hours.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical support for Cisco Enterprise Collaboration System and systems integrations.
• Mentor and assist in testing, implementation, and deployment of Cisco Collaboration technologies.
• Engage with MSC Management to influence quality and manageability of technology services.
• Ensure documentation is available and maintained for troubleshooting.
• Develop tools, automations, and processes to speed issue resolution for customers.
