Job summary

ePlus inc. is looking for a highly skilled Network Engineer to join its Managed Services team. This role involves providing expert-level network and systems support to clients with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have an active Cisco CCNP Service Provider certification, over 5 years of experience in service provider networks, and solid expertise with Juniper platforms. You will work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing customer needs in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Active Cisco CCNP Service Provider certification is required.
• 5+ years of experience in a service provider network role, with strong knowledge of optics.
• Solid expertise with Juniper platforms in service provider environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality network and systems support within a Managed Services Center.
• Provide full-lifecycle systems support for clients.
• Own issues end-to-end until successful resolution is achieved.

Skills

Cisco CCNP Service Provider certification

5+ years of service provider network experience

Expertise with Juniper platforms

Hands-on proficiency with NCS platforms

Strong troubleshooting skills

Knowledge of VRF technology

Understanding of routing protocols (IS‑IS, BGP, OSPF, MPLS)

Familiarity with SD‑WAN and cloud networking

Experience with Cisco ASR routers

Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools
