Qualifications

• 5+ years of purchasing, procurement, category management, or supply chain experience.
• Strong circuit breaker purchasing and sourcing experience.
• Demonstrated forecasting and inventory management expertise.
• Proven supplier negotiation skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert for the circuit breaker category.
• Develop and execute purchasing and sourcing strategies to support growth objectives.
• Manage relationships with key suppliers and sourcing partners.
• Develop inventory forecasts using historical sales data, market trends, and business intelligence.
• Establish and manage inventory minimums, maximums, and replenishment parameters.
• Support inventory planning efforts for branch growth and expansion initiatives.
• Monitor supplier pricing changes and analyze business impact; evaluate the effect of cost changes on gross profit and sales pricing.
• Lead supplier pricing and contract negotiations.
• Evaluate sourcing options to secure competitive costs and reliable supply.
• Partner closely with Outside Sales, Branch Operations, and Supply Chain leadership.
