Job summary

B in Tucson, Arizona is seeking a Field Supervisor to lead and coordinate field crews on cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) projects. You will ensure safe, efficient jobsite operations, supervise crews, verify equipment readiness, manage CIPP installation and curing, enforce quality control, and maintain project documentation.

You will perform pre-task planning, hazard assessments, and enforce OSHA standards while coordinating with the Superintendent and project personnel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• 5+ years of underground utility construction experience, including CIPP installation.
• Experience supervising field crews and coordinating daily activities.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Review project plans and site conditions; coordinate daily activities with supervisors.
• Lead, train, and develop field crews; assign tasks and monitor performance.
• Conduct pre-task planning, job hazard assessments, and safety enforcement.
• Coordinate site setup, traffic control, and protection of utilities and environment.
• Oversee liner insertion, curing, and finishing activities with proper equipment.
• Ensure proper equipment setup, operation, inspection, and maintenance.
• Complete daily production, safety, and material usage records.
