Job summary

Insituform Technologies USA LLC, an Azuria Company, is seeking an experienced Foreman to lead a crew in pipe rehabilitation projects. The role involves supervising on-site activities, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion, with substantial travel to job sites and coordination of field operations.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of foreman/technician experience in outdoor construction and CIPP exposure, with CDL (A or B) and Hazmat preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years previous technician and/or Foreman experience in outdoor construction
• Cured in Place Pipe experience in the water and sewer field
• CDL Permit, Class A or B required. Hazmat preferred.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide all units of measure, including whole numbers, fractions and decimals.
• Must be able to travel 80-85% as needed
• Local residence to the area preferred.
• Must pass drug test and background/criminal checks and driving record without major issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead crew in installation and repair of pipe rehabilitation products.
• Schedule, coordinate and advise activities of crew at least 2 weeks in advance.
• Manage and maintain equipment for project success.
• Provide leadership and supervise on site; enforce policies and rules.
• Inspect crew work for quality and compliance with specs.
• Perform general construction activities when applicable.
• Analyze and resolve work problems or lead crew to solutions.
• Prepare and submit production, safety, time and other reports.
